Distance Sales Agreement
ARTICLE 1 – PARTIES
Seller: NOOR Living, hello@noor-living.com, www.noor-living.com
Buyer: The person who completes the order form.
ARTICLE 2 – SUBJECT
This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered electronically by the Buyer at www.noor-living.com.
ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT INFORMATION
The essential characteristics, price, and payment details of the products are displayed on the order summary page. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY
Products are shipped via international courier. Estimated delivery time is 14–21 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and shipping conditions.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason. To exercise this right, an email must be sent to hello@noor-living.com. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. Once the product is received back, the payment will be refunded within 14 business days.
ARTICLE 6 – EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products prepared according to the Buyer's special requests or personal needs, or for products that are not eligible for return by nature.
ARTICLE 7 – PRIVACY
Personal information belonging to the Buyer is protected under our Privacy Policy: www.noor-living.com/policies/privacy-policy
ARTICLE 8 – DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Any disputes arising between the parties shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts.
ARTICLE 9 – ENTRY INTO FORCE
By placing an order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement.
